The lobby looks very nice and welcoming with a beautiful chandelier overhead. the rooms are tidy and have a nice view of the city from the windows. the hotel is located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat or something fun to do. the hotel gym is also very impressive, with up, to, date equipment for a solid workout.
The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They did not speak English and seemed to have no interest in assisting me, making it a challenge to check, in and ask for basic amenities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was so comfortable and clean, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bed was the best I've ever experienced in China. The bathroom was also very nice. The hotel is conveniently located near a major shopping mall, which made it easy to find great dining options. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. this place exceeded my expectations and was definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family. They would love the location, the comfortable rooms, and the great service.

This hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and good shower devices. the staff, although unable to speak English fluently, were generally helpful in providing information about the local attractions. the hotel also had reliable WiFi, although some social media platforms were blocked.
The staff could be a bit serious and slow at times.

The stay at Hohhot Shanghua was amazing. The bed was like a cloud, AC and shower were excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great, near a shopping mall and Western food options. it exceeded expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It was honestly the best mattress we have ever experienced in China. The bathroom was also very nice, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed with the cleanliness throughout the entire property. The location was convenient, as it was just a short distance from the train station and there were plenty of transportation options available. Additionally, there were major shopping malls nearby, offering a wide variety of Western food options for us to enjoy.
